No purchase or paid service is offered in the current build, so there is no payment to refund. Do not add payment processing, donations, subscriptions, bookings, sponsored placements, or paid access without first replacing this page with transaction-specific terms and a legally reviewed refund/cancellation process.
If the site later charges for something
The operator must clearly show the supplier’s legal identity, price and taxes, material service terms, cancellation rights, delivery or access conditions, support contact, and any limits on refunds before payment. Any policy must preserve mandatory consumer rights and must not use a blanket “no refunds” statement where a refund or other remedy is required by law.
For Nigerian transactions, check the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 and any sector-specific rules. Where a paid service is not supplied or is materially defective, statutory remedies may apply.
